Return policy of Huawei
After your purchased Huawei products on this website are delivered, you will be given 14 days to decide whether to keep the product or not. This period starts after the date you receive your products. You have 14 days to send the product back after submitting your return request. This period starts after the date you submit your refund request. Please mark that you may refund within 14 days of purchase only by contacting our customer service team via Hotline, Live Chat, or email. You may receive a prepaid return label if you return a product from the United Kingdom (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man), you may need to bear the cost of returning the products if you do not use the return label provided by us.
Check the quality of the product
Products must be returned in good condition and not damaged. You will be liable for the reduction of the product price due to handling the goods in addition to what is required to inspect them. To ensure that you receive a full refund, please return all the accessories. You may also return your product to Huawei for replacement within 14 days of receipt. You can cancel an order you purchased before it was packed. If you do, they will start your refund as soon as they receive your cancellation request. If you would like to return your products upon receipt, they will refund within 14 days of receiving your refund request. However, they may delay the refund if they have not received the goods or proof of return. In order to refund you, they will use the same payment method you used for your order. Once they receive your products or proof of delivery to them, the refund starts immediately. However, the amount of time until you receive a refund depends on your payment bank.
From time to time, Huawei may offer you integrated products or give you a gift when you shop on our Huawei Online Store. These quantities and gifts are given only on the condition that you store the products. For your full refund, they recommend that you refund the combined products and gifts in total. If you are unable to do so, you may be required to pay us equal compensation or may reduce your refund.
If you are a consumer, they are under a legal obligation to supply products that comply with this agreement. If the products you purchase are faulty or appear to be defective, you may exercise your legal rights. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to refuse products you must return them to us. They will pay postage or collection costs.
